And then, click Edit>Find or (Ctrl +F) to find cells with "?".

 

When "Find And Replace" window appears, move to "Replace" tab, paste(Ctrl+V) the copied content in the "Find what" field.
Enter spacebar in the "Replace with" field, click "Replace All" button, and then click "Close" button. After doing all the work, remember to save it to use.
